Rental deposit not returned

I am disappointed with Sani’s services. Especially the King shaker international branch in Durban. I rented a car on the 29th November 2024 and returned it on the 3 December 2024. This to this day (3 January 2025) i have not received my deposit back. I have called them over 7/8 times and sent emails, they Said they will get back at me, and they never did. This is very disappointing to have business take advantage of customers like that. If ever anyone is considering using them as your service for rental, be prepared to have a headache when you have to receive your deposit. Most of the complaints here are regarding the deposit
