REFUNDS NOT BEING PROCESSED

If I could give a zero, I would...

It has been 20 days since our rental and despite various phone calls, begging and pleading, we are yet to receive our rental deposit refund.

There is no outstanding monies, no damage on the vehicle and therefore no issue or reason not to process the refund, however every time we call, we are given a different excuse.

Rather avoid and go with someone else... you will be much better off.
