Refund delay Sani rentals.

If I could I would rate a minus,for Sani rentals.I have used thrifty for years and have been a loyal client without ever experiencing any issue but now as soon as the name changes along with that comes issues.I have been brushed off regarding my refund which is now going on the 3rd week.Whenever I call I get placed on hold or told they will get back to me or sent an email.And still I wait.This is not fair that as clients we have to be subjected to this,without any explanation.We want our money,the economy is hard on us as it is .They cannot expect us all to go away and keep quiet about our funds.
