Refund - car deposit

Took us a month to get our deposit back and every time we would call , they would always say the same thing about investigating or the issue has been escalated. If you want your deposit back - write them an email and let them know that you will be reporting them to SAVRALA if they don’t give you feedback within 48 hours. That was the only way we could get our deposit back
