Refund

Bad service when it comes to refunds, nobody is assisting, they responded to first email and when I follow on the emails, there is no response. I have been writing emails calling, and even dm's on Facebook , all I get is nothing for feedback. Lately , they are ignoring my emails and dm's on Facebook. I am very much disappointed with the service. All I need is my money back!!!
