Query with Refund Deposit of Car Rental

Disappointed with the service received, they are *********** and unreliable with no communication from the Mthatha Branch to their Head Office. I rented a car on 15 June 2024 and returned it on 18 June 2024. My deposit of R 3800. 00 for the rental period has not yet been processed up till this day, I have been making follow-up and have not yet received any feedback. When I asked with customer services and the refunds department, I was told that it was being processed and they have a backlog of refunds. Two months later and still not feedback. I am in need of my money and am out of options
