Poos service and inflated costs

Epicentre recently rented about 20 cars from Sani Car Rentals. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with their service. Upon returning the cars, they charged us for numerous unreasonable damages, such as small scratches that we believe were already there when we received the vehicles. It seems they are more focused on profit at the expense of customer relationships. We will not be using their services again.
