Poor, Unprofessional Customer Service of Sani Car Rental South Africa

Sani Car Rentals is a ****. In the invoice which they manipulated and increased the rate from R411.43 doesn't show the same rate instant a rate was increased to R1,678 which makes it suspicious and ridiculous because as per the initial agreement the rate was R411.43 which I believe it should remain the same. A total amount of R4,107.94 was taken from my wife for the extension which I thought it's correct for the extension or addition of 7 days. This amount doesn't show on the invoice and the holding deposit doesn't show and just disappeared from the bank which make more suspicious about this SANI Car Rental South Africa professionalism and customer service. Their rate was never been communicated to us and the consultant never tells us about the change or rate of which we were surprised to see them taking a R13 200 from my wife account. We called them many times and no money refunded and the holding deposits.

I will never hire or recommend them anymore.

I want my blood money back.
