Poor service, poor customer care!

Extremely bad and poor service, customer service is non existent. They work closely with No Finance Cars and your will call for a refund and even their policy of 5-7 days doesn’t work. I was transferred from No Finance Cars and since I paid R25000 and their deposit was 13000 the entire amount was transferred to them. They kept promising to pay even now I have been taken from one office to the and people keep on transferring my calls to junior staff who can’t do anything. I regret the day I did business with SANI Rent to buy and I won’t wish anyone to give them business. If you pay deposit you won’t get it it back that’s for sure!
