POOR SERVICE & Overcharging Customers

I will never ever hire a car from Sani again. Their customer care agents are the worst , if a query is too much work to handle they just never come back to you. i hired a car on October 26th which had to be replaced , the replacement car was not filled up , they filled up the initial car and overcharged me. I paid R1200 to travel 444km???? in an economical car , i just feel they dont have proper staff to deal with issues like this.
