Poor service

I rented a car from this company on the 3rd of June 2024, returned the car on the 4th of June 2014 same time. Petrol filled no issues at all. I was told that my deposit will be processed and it will take 7 to 14 working days, ok no problem waited. Until today the refundable deposit has not been processed, I called them almost every second day to request my deposit but I’ve been sent from audit/ accounts department, being put on hold without any resolution. Am so fed up and disappointed with this company, I will never use them again, strongly urge other customers not to use them other you will waste more trying to call to get your deposit back. Very poor after service 👎
