Poor Customer Service At Sani Car Hire OR Thambo international Airport

Disappointed in the Customer Service at Sani Car Rental at OR Thambo international. I returned the vehicle I rented from them for my Holiday on 3rd Jan 2024 Full of fuel with no issues. But I still have not been refunded my deposit.

I have contacted them 3 times already but no luck so far. I have rented vehicles from numerous other car hire companies before. This is the first time I have ever had to ask when I can expect my deposit back.

I wouldn't recommend using this company. There are more reputable companies around that don't drag their feet or delay processing your refund once you have returned your vehicle. Two companies I would recommend are Avis & Europe car
