Poor and Pathetic Service!!! :-(

I should not even be giving this unprofessional company a 1 star!!! Excuses after excuses to get my deposit of R3800 back. The car was returned on the 17 Aug and today is the 19 Sept.... 5 calls later and emails haven't made a difference. They are too quick to take your deposit but returning it is an issue!! I have now had to put in a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER use this Car Hire company ever again and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
