Please return my deposit

I have been waiting for my deposit for more than what is stipulated in their contract , when you call you are taken from pillar to post or they promise to email the information on the release of the payment which never happens ,

When they take the deposit is not difficult but to return the funds to your account is a hassle . Why should i beg to get my money back .

They should review their clause of refund because they do not honor it . please tell the people the truth that money will be returned after a month or so not within 7 -14 days .
