PATHETIC SERVICE DISGUSTING

Booked a car more than 24hrs in advance, CONFIRMED WITH BOOKING AGENT MULTIPLE TIMES, EVEN ON THE DAY OF THE BOOKING MORE THAN 3 TIMES, paid an uber of R400.00 to get there, (please note i rented from them before in the same month) got to the rental agency SANI CAR RENTAL HATFIELD branch and being told sorry we cancelled your booking due to an ITC CHECK? where was this the previous time, why wasnt this brought up with any systems beforehand? you have to upload drivers, id etc?
