Pathetic Business Ethics!!

This supposed to be a car rental but "****a" shop company is nothing but a bunch of ******. I have been calling numerous times doing a follow up on my refund for the vehicle ruturned on the 13/06/2019 but i have been sent from pillar to post. Really pathetic business ethics!!.
