OVERCHARGING/ POOR SERVISE/CREDIT CARD CHARGES

This car Rental company should be reported,

When they were still Thrifty 4years ago they over charged my credit card R13k over charging for incorrect kilometers that they miscalculated on me, i reported this they said they will investigate and let me know. Thy refunded R6k out that mistake insisting the other kilometers were correct. until today no father communication was made. Last year 2023 in Sept i was stranded needed a car i ended using them not knowing its the same Thrifty, Last week they diducted R800 from my credit card when i called they to ask what are they charging me for i a didnt hire any car with them they said its from last year 9months ago. They will send me a invoice with details till today no invoice send no call i called again they said they will send still nothing. SANI/ THRIFFTY is a **** they do as they pleased on your deposit and on your credit card without your concern or notice.
