NP200 Rental booking (4 days) cost

Sani service impeccable however 1 agent at Sandton branch was really not helpfull and he couldn't cancel online booking I made due to an error on my side but instead he charged me (R2700 + R1600 rental for NP200 for 4 days....normal booking for NP200 is around R3000 as per the app however I paid more than that...Requester their customer service and promised to returm to me which never happed.

I think something wrong here and I need a refund from them.
