No refund return! DISHONEST company!!!

Rented a car and returned it on the 8th of April with no issues. I phoned multiple times and were told it will be followed up. One person did follow up and gave me a reference. I phoned my bank and was told that they did not receive any deposit release from Sani Sixt. They only received a notification to work on my case 24 April. Sani has excuses for everything and blames the banks for having back logs. It's a bunch of BS! If I did not follow up they would have kept my deposit! What a terrible company. I really do hope people check Hello Peter reviews before making use of this dishonest, ******** company! They were quick to deduct money when I extended my rental, I returned the car with a full tank of gas as well to spare them the trouble. I can't believe a company like this is even still in business!
