no deposit refund received, poor service and communication

its been a challenge to get my deposit back from these people, i returned the car on March 4 2025 with no issues, after a month of no communication i sent an email, eventually they responded that my deposit hold would be lifted, to this date nothing was returned to me, went to my bank to reverse even the charges of the actual rental, they were so quick to counter that and yet no refund of mine to this day, R3800 gone just like that, biggest ****mers and terrible company, will never ever utilize them
