NO CUSTOMER CARE AFTER SALES

Rented a vehicle at King Shaka to come back to Gauteng 19th Feb. Paid the rental and the deposit of R17000. Well back in Gauteng it will take 14 days for deposit to be refunded. After a long battlle, phone calls, visits to branch I had to pay another R4160 for the extra km and fuel.( Nothing wrong and happy to do) so that I can get my full payment on my deposit. So, deposit paid and they again charge me for the fuel and extra Km....mails and visits again....still waiting on the payment of the outstanding amount. It is the 1st August. I can send mails and ask for feedback.

If this is how they treat customers I dont want to be one. They can keep their vehicles. I will rather hike than using a vehicle. They just dont have a care about your calls or mails....excuse after the other. New sisteem or the bank detials is wrong or this . Totally fed up with this ****. happy to take your money but I must go trhough all the trouble to get MY mony back.
