NEVER EVER AGAIN - BE WARNED - STAY AWAY

Last time I will ever use SANI. Utterly disgusted on how you need to plead to get your holding deposit back (and I am yet to receive it as I write this review) I returned vehicle at George airport on 27 March, fast forward to 16 April & guess what? Yes, I am still waiting on my 16k holding deposit I paid with my debit card. I have been constantly on call with them but never gets sorted. Funny they say that payment has been ready via eft from 11 April but I was told 3 different stories from 3 different agents as to why it has not been released. Lies, dishonesty, constant misinformation. Wonder how Sani employees can look themselves in the mirror & feel good about their workplace & work ethics. GET MY HOLDING DEPOSIT PAID TO ME TODAY!!! You hold on to your t&c’s of 14 business day’s payback period well guess what, today is day 14 so get it sorted or I will take matters further! BE WARNED OF THIS BECAUSE I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AS WELL.
