Look elsewhere

I rented a car from this company in October, and while the service during pickup was smooth and pleasant, my experience after that has been nothing short of frustrating. It's now December 16th, and I still haven't received my deposit back. The process to get a refund has been a complete hassle, with multiple follow-ups and very little progress. What's worse, the staff members I’ve interacted with—namely Chrissy and May—have been unhelpful at best. One was completely clueless, while the other was outright condescending.

To make matters worse, we opted for super protection insurance, expecting coverage for any damages, yet they are now telling us that we will be charged over $3,000 for a minor dent. This seems completely unfair, especially since the insurance should cover these types of incidents.

I cannot recommend this car rental company, especially if you’re concerned about getting your deposit back or handling claims. The lack of clear communication and the runaround from staff has been incredibly disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reliable car rental experience.
