Lack of customer care

I hired yet again another car in Capetown on the 28th feb. They deducted R600 in my current balance but they did not bring back my rental deposit.

When I enquire they send me to my bank yet they sorted themselves out with extra charge within a week. I’m being told to tell my bank to release the funds, the same bank sends me back to them to say they must send an email.

I hate poor service, taking more money without returning deposit
