King Shaka Sami Car Rental is the worst!

I hired a car from King Shaka, upon induction I tell them that the car is dirty and they acknowledge that and apologise and make a note on the inspection sheet. Upon my return if the vehicle, they inspect it and everything is fine. That evening I’m told that there’s a cut on the tyre and they will charge me for it. My first question is why wasn’t I told on the spot with the inspection sheet. The manager advised me that their depot manager would have never allowed the car to leave the depot with that so it’s my responsibility. I then ask her how did he allow the car to leave the depot dirty on the day I picked it up as this is clear marked and noted on the section sheet. They then only return R499 out of my deposit of R7000 and refuse to give me back the balance of my deposit. I asked at what point did I sign a claim form that gave them authority to go ahead with it and till today nobody has answered it. Can clearly advise anyone not to rent a vehicle with them, their service is bad
