I want my refund

I have been waiting for my refund of R 7500.00 it has been 2 weeks and when I call demanding my refund a Ladies by the name of Demi Timmerman and Ammarata Bharat have been sending me on Ghost chase and telling the lady that does the refunds is not available and therefore I can’t get my money I should have gone to Avis as I always receive the best services. Never again will I book from Sani horrific service . If you are considering don’t you will never get your refund
