I rented a car at Sani Car Rental Centurion on 31 March 2025

I rented a car at Sani Car Rental Centurion on 31 March 2025. I returned the vehicle with no issues on 5 April 2025. The funds were cleared 2 days after, and I was told my deposit of R3800 would reflect after the funds had been cleared. I called the refund department yesterday, 15 April 2025, and it was said that the deposit would reflect today. To date, no funds are in my account. It's frustrating because I need the funds. I'm in dire need of their assistance, and I seem to not get any response from them. SANI RENTALS CENTURION please pay release my deposit.
