I MUST PAY FOR YOUR LACK OF ATTENTION.

Service was fine but I question the idea of renting cars with plastic hubcaps where they tie them on with wire ties to stop them coming off when driving, BUT they charge the Customer when the hubcaps are ******. They arent secured properly clearly so whilst the wire ties stop you losing one accidentally they do nothing to prevent theft. If I had left a window open and my laptop had been ****** it would be my fault, I didnt secure my belongings. How is it then they dont secure their belongings but I must pay? And the price to replace from Toyota. +- R1000 ea for a ****py piece of plastic. Ironically Facebook marketplace is crawling with them.
