I had a bad Experience with this company

I hired a car on 04 July and returned it on the 7th. Until now I have not received a refund of the deposit. When I made an enquiry I was told that, yes they can see the refund hasn't been processed and my case will be escalated. No one bothered to come back to me and advise what is happening. They operate very differently from Thrifty, I have never experienced anything like this with any rental company. This is very bad.
