Horrible Service From Sani Car Rental

I rented a car in December from Sani Car Rental, and was never refunded my deposit. I’ve logged a number of inquiries with them and each time I would be provided with a different date where they say the funds were released back into my account on.

In the same month I rented again, and this time around I was given a car with technical failures. They drove out to me and gave me a replacement car, only for them to charge me petrol on both the faulty car and the replacement car. I’ve had discussions with one of their areas managers about this matter and he promised to call me back which he never did. And they continued to gloss over the issue every time I interacted with their customer service staff.
