Horrible Query Handling at Sani

We collected our rental at CPT Int. Airport at night, was told they will not do an inspection of the vehicle because it was late. When we brought back the car, the inspection agent only showed us one "new" scratch that we'd be liable for. Next thing we're charged for so many scratches on sides that we weren't even made aware of. Even those the inspection agent told us were old upon the return inspection. I was charged over R3k for damage I didn't even cause. My family has vowed never to use Sani again, neither our businesses or associates!

The issue was queried and handled very poorly! It was not professional at all and definitely not how a business that intends to go on should be dealing with their customers.
