Horrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Sani Car Rental. It has been over a month since I requested a refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting. The customer service is non-existent once they have your money.

All they seem to care about are the reviews on their social media. The only communication I get from them is asking me to remove my negative review. This is unacceptable.

I strongly advise against using Sani Car Rental. They will be nice to you before taking your money, but after that, you're on your own. I would rather walk than ever use their service again. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
