Extremely BAD Service and Greedy Mentality
The worse service i have ever received from any car rental in SA. These people double charge my booking and when they realised they made a mistake it took them alsmost 2 months to refund my money. In that 2 months i have been fed lies, when some on their customer service people told me they have processed my refund but it will take up to 10 working days to reflect but dddnt.
I have ensured serioud mistreatment for life. I have waited 3 x 7 to 10 working days with each week coupled with promises and lies. My booking was close to R3500 and they doubled charged that. Instead of reversing the whole amount and take the extra charges ive incurred from the deposit i have paid over and above the booking they botched the whole thing.
The extra charges were accounting to close to R1500 when they were supposed to deduct from R3800 deposit but didnt happen that way. This was simple and straight foward way but it took them 2 months of back and forth conversations on weeekly basis.
We later agreed that my refund would be R1863 that was after that have already refunde R345 after my return of their car. This was the calcualtion done by them and i just agreed because i was tired of the back and forth.
suprisingly last night i got refund of R1600. I have instantly send them enquiry about this and needless to say that they still havent responded up to now.
After waiting for almost 2 months from 1st December 2023 when i returned their car till 23rd Jan 2024, yet another problem. Customer care for this company is non existence. If it does, it care not for its clients. No sense of urgency, No remorse for their actions, No compensation for their mess and they strive on taking as much as they could from their clients. The most parasitic behaviour ive ever endured from someone I choosen to give business. Funny thing is that a week before my booking with them, ive referred a friend of mine from Carlifonia USA to them. She ddnt have problem and i was convienced i wouldnt have any of this nonsense i was subjected too. Stay away from this company. They care less about clients but milking money from them as mcuh as they could. I am ****ed to the highest level because i thought they will do the right thing after so much suffering.
