Bad bad service, I took the damage waiver insurance and had a minor scratch on the car and the damage of the scratch was exactly the minimum amount covered. One of the employees told me that I will never get my deposit even if I have the damage waiver insurance they make sure that a minor scratch is more than the minimum amount. Indeed I did get my deposit back even though I had a minor waiver insurance. The minor damage waiver its their way of making more money. It defeats the purpose.
