Disgusting service by Sani car hire

I have had no communication from Sani car hire since l dropped off the car on Sunday 18th May 2025 after l was threatened that the car was to be recovered at a price of R5000 if l didn't pay the extra 200km on the vehicle totaling R1239.98 even though l had 2 days left before my contract ended, l was also told that l could not extend unless this amount was paid... l have now been debited R3497.28, 21 May 2025 without any break down of cost or confirmation of what l owed, they still holding my deposit, since my last review l have not had a response from Sani car hire even though l was told l was going to be contacted by the branch manager this is really appalling service from Sani car hire,
