DISGUSTED & DISGRUNTLED

These people are ******. FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE. I paid a deposit of R800+ went to the airport to pick up the vehicle. Firstly the didn't have the fleet group I wanted ad were not willing to compensate to the next level. I canceled my booking then went elsewhere (but the way I asked the ladies there if I would get my deposit back then said yes send an email on the website) I did that TILL TODAY, I GOT NOTHING. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE VISUAL SIGNAGE. THE LADIES ARE RUDE AND VERY JUDGEMENTAL
