Disappointed in Sani cars

I hired a car with Sani Car rentals, a holding deposit was reserved from my FNB account. I called to enquire about the deposit on 18 August, I was told they will notify FNB to release the funds, when I call FNB they say they have not received the instruction to release the funds. I have called FNB and Sani cars about more the 5 times between 18 and 21 August, they are both sending me from pillar to post.
