Dirty car

I rented a 14 seater and when I went to collect the car. It was filthy dirty, there was no one who came out with me to do an inspection and when I came back to report and showed the manager they did not even recommend or willing to take the car for a car wash. The car floor was full of mud seats had stains the cupholders were broken , I had to fix them because I was going to use the car for a tour.
