Deposit taking too long and poor service to resolve the issue.

I hired a car from them for the first time. I hired and returned the car on the 05 July and it is 01 August and my deposit is still not returned. When contacting the offices, am told that the manager will call me back and it never happens. Looking at the reviews here, I see that this is not new. I want to hire again and my deposit is still not back.

I definetely would not recommend them to anyone who loves peace of mind.
