Deposit refund not being paid

1. I was not informed that I should make deposit payment with my own card when I paid the first R10 000.00. Then I was told to pay another R10 000.00 with my own card wich I did and was advised that the refund of the first R10 000.00 was processed. It has now been 10 with me making follow ups and my money is still held by them. Each time I contact them I get told we will follow up and they do not get back to me. The service is good until they have to pay you back you back your money. After they receive money they do not want to return your money. I have never experienced such *****edness. My advise is before making any payments, make sure you ask as many questions as possible.
