DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED - ***** or THEFT????

Had to wait ages to collect car from Cape Town Int. There are NO Sani markings anywhere. Eventually found out that its actually THRIFTY. Deposit of R8000 paid on 12 Feb 2023. Vehicle returned 15 Feb 2023. STILL WAITING FOR DEPOSIT REFUND as at 9 March. Call centre says they will "investigate" Looking at other reviews its clear THIS IS A ****, THEFT AND *****!!!!!
