Deposit from sani fleet

Rentals are smooth and very easy anything during rental duration is smooth but the deposit they are extremely poor to refund,they told me to wait 7 to 14 days but that is not true I have to use my airtime calling branch and head office all of the effort after 14 days but every time is the same story I have to make calls .I am using them for more than 8 months it was better when it was thrifty.after 16 days they say I must wait for 5 days.This is deliberately misinforming customers because it cannot happen more than 5 months and repeating same thing.It is not frustrating😭😭😭😭😭
