Debit dispute

Sani contacted me on the 9th of August saying I must pay for the damages I made on their car i gave then instruction to take the money on the 10th of August on the 11th August they did that and the debit was successful. On the 24th of August when I woke up the took the same amount of money out of my account I contact Garion he said they cant see the money they can only see the money that was deducted on the 11th of August. I sent an email to Wendelle Naidoo from the legal department he said I must sent the statements that shows the 2 amounts I did that just to tell me that they accounts department only see the amount that was deducted on the 24 of August I must dispute it with my bank. Even today I am still waiting for them to.come to me. Why is it so hard to.refund people s money.
