Continuous bad service

2 traffic fines not on a car i hired, email from Norma Naicker, Charvaine has given you feedback on the 10 May 2024, however the fines are still reflecting on my name, she tells me on a call her manager is too busy to call me back, she has many queries i am not the only one. she has done 2 follow ups with the traffic department in 1 month and says i am in jhb the fine is for cape town i cannot do anything but wait on them to rectify. Very quick to take admin costs from my account however they cannot reimburse me for my calls to them as well as time to send them emails.
