Comfortable cars, good service, favorable payment options and great communication and feedback

I had a bit of a challenge with Sani Car Rental, particularly with a staff member named Anke he really needs to be trained on customer service, when I returned the car at their offices at Cape Town International Airport. However, I was impressed by how they handled the situation. They dealt with everything amicably, and in the end, I left as a happy customer (shout out to Tasmika). Since they’re still relatively new to the industry, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I’m glad I did.

I’d also like to give a shoutout to the gentleman who assisted me when I first picked up the car. I may have forgotten his name, but his kindness and great customer service really stood out. Keep up the good work, my man – kindness truly goes a long way!
