I hired a vehicle around the 08 March 2025. The deposit has still not been returned its more than 6 weeks 10 May 2025. I have to call in numerous times and their process is very frustrating. They advised that my Bank has a backlog and they are waiting for the bank to release the funds and that they can not do anything else. Although the various customer services agents were trying to assist to give me feedback, their refund process Failed as they rely on their bank to contact your bank to release the funds and you just have to wait for them to give you feedback. I saw a similar complaint regarding this issue and hope that going forward many other future customers will be aware of this.
