Bad customer service

Disappointed with SANI Sandton gautrain. I had a car I was using for 2 months and went to renew and the car had tyre problems. They said they were going to change the tyre and return the car and they gave me a car o don’t like and when I call to find out when I can get the car , they can’t give a answer and just say you need to stay with that car and when I wanted to cancel the contract they say they can’t cancel I have to stay with the car and that’s it. Last time doing business there. Bad customer service and consideration
