Appalling service received from Sani Fleet

Dealing with Sani Fleet Rental has been an absolute nightmare! My dealings with them started off with them not having the vehicle I wanted which they had originally confirmed they had. Cars I received were not in the cleanest condition and when you try get your deposit back well that alone is enough to try anyone's patience. I returned my vehicle almost 2 months ago, waited long for them to refund my deposit. When I did get my refund it was short paid and they didnt even bother to tell me why. When I called to ask they said I had exceeded the allowed mileage and I told them it's not possible. Eventually after me following up numerous times they confirmed they made an error and would refund me the difference. I am still waiting and they dont even have the decency to tell me what is the delay. I think it is absolutely appalling that I have to follow up the way i have been for my money when they in the wrong. I would not recommend Sani to anyone! DO NOT USE SANI
