cape town jan 2024 car hire i was given faulty unstable car which i returned following day for another nissan almera therafter i received 2 parking tickets for same offence at clifton beach which i paid that week now car hire charged mw 800 admin fees for a fine i paid a week after ticket was issued the y refused credit me even after having proved that 2 tickets where issued for 1 parking offence and proof of payment
