Absolutely Unacceptable Service – Still Waiting for My Deposit!

I am beyond frustrated with the shocking lack of service from SANI Fleet Rentals. I hired a car for one day and made full payment, including the deposit, on 6th September 2024. I was told that my deposit would be refunded within 7 days, but here we are, a month later, and I still haven’t seen a cent.

I’ve sent numerous emails asking for my money back, and on 1st October 2024, they finally told me that it would reflect in my account within 48 hours. Well, it’s now the 10th of October 2024, and surprise surprise—still no deposit!

This is unacceptable. I cannot believe a company that supposedly prides itself on service would treat its customers like this. I will NEVER be using SANI Fleet Rentals again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice before handing over your hard-earned money.
